My Optometrist Calgary Is Open for Emergency Care

As our city approaches a critical moment in suppressing the spread of COVID-19, we would like to assure you that the health and safety of our employees, patients, and partners are our main priority.

My Optometrist Calgary will be moving towards instituting emergency hours across our three locations beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020. This move will also impact the services we are safely allowed to provide during these hours.

EMERGENCY SERVICES PROVIDED AS OF MARCH 19, 2020

• Emergency medical eye care (call to verify your situation constitutes an emergency)
• Emergency telephone consultation
• Telephone review of file history
• Emergency care for glasses repairs and orders
• Orders for contacts with delivery

All Emergency services will be delivered with minimal contact in accordance with current social distancing directives ordered by health experts. We have also increased the frequency and degree of our standard sanitation and disinfection procedures. This includes all common touch surfaces such as door handles, armrests, and products.
